The Introba team has long been working with Owner’s Groups, General Contractors, and large construction teams to help execute a detailed commissioning process. As part of this project experience, the Introba team has been working to ensure that the information captured through meetings and conversations can be captured efficiently and made available to the team as quickly as possible. The Introba Team is looking to share how the CxAlloy Meeting tab as well as Tasks tab can be leveraged by a Commissioning Provider to ensure a smooth and efficient commissioning meeting every time.
The Introba team will be presenting on the techniques utilized for the execution of a large food processing plant project constructed in 2022. The team managed 14 separate sub-contractors, executing more than 3,800 construction checklists and more than 140 functional performance tests. As a result, the construction team tracked and closed out more than 350 construction issues before the building was passed to the facility and operations staff. Due to the clear commissioning process, the project was completed ahead of schedule and on budget.
