Commissioning is the only formal process and profession engaged to focus on building performance throughout the design, construction and delivery phases of a typical project. To that end, the commissioning process and profession is uniquely positioned to advance decarbonization and building performance efforts, as we collectively grapple with the impact that our built environment’s carbon footprint is having on our climate.

The Introba team has long been working with Owner’s Groups, General Contractors, and large construction teams to help execute a detailed commissioning process. As part of this project experience, the Introba team has been working to ensure that the information captured through meetings and conversations can be captured efficiently and made available to the team as quickly as possible. The Introba Team is looking to share how the CxAlloy Meeting tab as well as Tasks tab can be leveraged by a Commissioning Provider to ensure a smooth and efficient commissioning meeting every time.

This presentation will focus on lessons learned in performing commissioning, retro-commissioning, and monitoring based commissioning activities across 17 buildings on a college campus.

Two years ago Engineering Economics, Inc. (EEI) began the process of evaluating Commissioning (Cx) management software platforms in order to modernize their delivery. Now, one year into a slow rollout of CxAlloy they have approximately thirty active projects with more coming soon.

Bath Group’s commissioning team will share how they have maximized efficiency and profits by customizing their process around the CxAlloy platform! Bath Group customized the ASHRAE Guideline Zero standard commissioning process to revolve around the CxAlloy TQ platform.
