Two years ago Engineering Economics, Inc. (EEI) began the process of evaluating Commissioning (Cx) management software platforms in order to modernize their delivery. Now, one year into a slow rollout of CxAlloy they have approximately thirty active projects with more coming soon.
Learn about EEI’s rollout process, internal training plan, and template development process which has resulted in widespread adoption of CxAlloy usage company-wide.
Zach has 12 years of experience in the industry managing and executing the Cx process. Originally using CxAlloy as a general contractor, Zach introduced CxAlloy to EEI in 2021 and has led its growth into becoming company standard. Zach received a Mechanical Engineer degree from University of Washington in Seattle, WA and currently resides in Arlington, VA, leading EEI’s Mid-Atlantic branch.
He is an active member in the built environment community, receiving the 2021 BCxA 20 Under 40 Award and the ASHRAE Region III Shining Light Award in both 2022 and 2023. For fun, Zach enjoys traveling, playing music, rooting for Seattle sports teams, spending time in the great outdoors, and playing with his dog.
